Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website (rse.group) is:

Rockstar Entertainment Group AG
Schiffbaustrasse 7, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland
UID: CHE-240.415.578
Email: contact@rse.group

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or interact with us, why we process it, on what legal basis, with whom we share it, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. What data we collect

a) Server log data (automatically collected). When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the referring page, and the date and time of access. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably.

b) Contact and enquiry forms. When you use a form on the site, we collect the data you provide — typically name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or submission, plus any additional fields specific to that form.

c) Newsletter and marketing. If you subscribe, we process your email address and, where provided, your name to send you communications until you unsubscribe.

d) Cookies and similar technologies. We use the following cookies. Those marked as necessary are required for the site to work as you asked and are set without consent; everything else is set only after you have agreed in the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time.

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on this website. Until you consent to statistics, Google Consent Mode keeps every Google tag from storing anything on your device.

e) Aggregate audience measurement. We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic to this website. It sets no cookies, does not use device fingerprinting and does not identify individual visitors; requests are aggregated into anonymous statistics. Because it neither stores information on your device nor identifies you, it runs on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, and not on your consent.

You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law (including statutory record-keeping obligations of up to ten years for relevant records). Enquiry data is deleted once your request has been handled and any related legitimate interest or legal retention period has lapsed. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your personal data, to rectify inaccurate data, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and — where processing is based on consent — to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior processing.

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@rse.group.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Bern; in the EU/EEA, your local data protection authority.
